The Mothers’ Union is a worldwide Christian charity seeking to support families of all kinds.  It works in over 80 countries and has over 4 million members. Our mission is to put faith into action to support family life.

We have an active St Nicolas branch (founded in 1959) with 23 members and welcome men and women. We provide support for our local hospital, and gifts of Bibles and Christian literature for people being baptized in our church. We meet monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 2.15pm in the Church with interesting speakers and social activities. Each year there is an Advent Service, and a Lenten Service followed by an AGM.

For more information, contact our Branch Leader Ingrid Pooler via the parish office. We are very pleased to be in touch with our link branches in Australia

St Nicolas Mothers’ Union is part of the Oxford Diocese MU.
